Information You Provide

  • Business information: Legal business name, DBA, business address, industry, time in business, annual revenue, requested funding amount and purpose, federal tax ID
  • Contact information: Your name, title, ownership percentage, business phone, mobile phone, email address
  • Identification information: Date of birth, Social Security Number, home address, home ownership status (collected only when required for credit evaluation)
  • Application details: Responses to qualification questions, funding preferences, urgency, additional principals

  • Technical data: IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, geolocation data
  • Usage data: Pages visited, time spent on pages, click patterns, referral sources, form completion data

3. How We Share Your Information

Lender Partner Network

We share your application information with lenders in our partner network for the purpose of evaluating your business for financing. Our current lender partners are listed at omniassetfinance.com/lender-partners and updated from time to time.

When we share your application with a lender partner:

  • The lender may run a soft credit inquiry that does not affect your credit score
  • The lender may, with your separate authorization, run a hard credit inquiry as part of underwriting
  • The lender may contact you directly using the contact information you provided
  • The lender will handle your information according to its own privacy policy

Service Providers

We share information with third-party service providers that help us operate our platform, including:

  • Hosting, database management, and analytics providers
  • Email, SMS, and customer communication services
  • Credit reporting agencies and business verification services
  • Data enhancement and lookup services
  • Legal, accounting, and professional services

Our service providers are contractually required to use your information only for the purposes for which they are engaged and to maintain reasonable security.

Legal and Compliance Disclosures

GLBA Notice (Financial Privacy)

Because we facilitate financial services, certain information you provide may be considered "nonpublic personal information" under the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. We use and share this information as described in this policy and as permitted by federal law. FCRA Authorization

By submitting an application through our platform, you authorize Omni Asset Finance and our lender partners to obtain consumer reports about you and your business for the permissible purpose of evaluating your application for credit, as permitted under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681b).


5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide the services you have requested
  • Communicate with you about active and prior applications
  • Comply with applicable legal, tax, and regulatory obligations (typically 7 years for financial application records)
  • Enforce our agreements and resolve disputes
  • Improve our services and maintain platform security

You may request deletion of your information by emailing privacy@omniassetfinance.com. We will honor deletion requests subject to legal and regulatory retention requirements.


6. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including:

Note: opting out under GLBA does not prevent us from sharing your information with our lender partners as necessary to evaluate and process your application — that sharing is essential to the service you have requested.

Confidentiality and Security

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those of our employees and service providers who need access to provide our services. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to protect your information consistent with federal standards.


8. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and adults age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 18, we will delete it promptly.


9. United States Operations

Our services are intended for use in the United States. Information you provide is processed and stored in the United States. We do not knowingly transfer personal information outside the United States.
